Some of the best noodles in SLO

The pork was crispy and tasted just as it should have – like pork. There are no sauces to cover up the deliciously lean, savory meat. The noodles were light, slightly salty (in a mouth-watering way) and perfectly cooked, not at all mushy. For a little bit crunch, the cook threw in cabbage, leafy greens, carrots and bean sprouts.
